When will my order arrive?
We aim to post out all orders within 3-5 working days, however if your order is for a special occasion please let us know when ordering and we will aim to get your order out as soon as possible. You can find our full delivery information here
You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order, if this does not happen please check your junk/spam folder as they sometimes sneak in there.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive an order confirmation, or more than 7 working days have passed since placing your order please get in touch and we will look into the matter straight away.
How much is delivery?
Standard Mainland UK delivery is £4.95-£7.50 based on weight.
If you require delivery to The Isle of Man/Jersey/Guernsey/other non-mainland UK locations, please contact us for a postage quotation.
Do you offer International delivery?
Yes, please get in touch with us and tell us which items you would like to order, and we will send you a postage quotation.
What if my goods arrived damaged or faulty?
Goods that arrive damaged will be replaced, if a replacement is not possible you will be refunded. We check and package all of our items very carefully to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition however accidents do happen. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives to you damaged please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will require that you send us photographs of the damaged item/s, the postal label and packaging to [email protected] This must be done within 48hours for us to be able to raise a claim with our delivery service.
Is my personal Information kept private?
Yes, you can trust us. We only collect information from you that is necessary to provide our services, and this is never passed on to a third party (unless we are legally required to do so).
